Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using zalicy., you agree to these terms. Schools accept on behalf of their counselors, students, and parents.

2. Accounts and roles

Each school account may contain super admin, school admin, counselor, student, and parent roles. The school is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of its account, inviting users, and revoking access when appropriate.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly per student. Pricing is published and non-negotiable. Free tier accounts have feature limits and are not intended for full school-scale operations.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to upload unlawful content, attempt to access another school's data, or interfere with platform operation. Counselors must keep internal notes appropriate and professional.

5. Student and parent data

Schools own their student data. zalicy. acts as a processor. Parents only see information explicitly shared by the counseling team and never see internal notes or uploaded documents.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to school admins.

7. Termination

Schools may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or violation of these terms.

8. Disclaimer

Readiness scores and admission chance estimates are decision-support tools, not guarantees of admission outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zalicy. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.
